- Is this a scam?? I need to know?
Is this really a scam? my mom, bro, and boyfriend say it is. This guy wrote me an e-mail saying: Hello, My name is Kay. I saw your email address on the net, i want you to know that i have a motorhome that i want to give out but i don't know if you will be able to take good care of the motorhome for me. i have some problem with me that is why i want to give out the motorhome because of the promise i have made to my wife before she die. I lost my wife in car accident, she was on her to pick up my kid from school that is where she as the accident, but police said that she might have lost her mind before the crash occurred. Her car ran off the road and hit a tree.the driver of the car that is coming at her back said the vehicle veered off the road and struck a tree, "No other vehicles were involved. There was no illegal or unsafe operation. She was going along just fine, but then veered into the median strip." So before she die i have buy her motorhome for her birthday gift. so before she pass away i want to go and meet her at the hospital she told me that i should give the motorhome out to someone i don't know, so that is why i am sending you this email, for me to know if you are going to take good care of the motorhome for me.i know it will be hard for you to believe me. i want to give it out because i have promise my wife that i will give it out, the more i see the car the more i think about her because i love my wife so much i could no stand it anymore. pls take the motorhome away from me and take good care of it. if you are interested let me know. A Listen to your family. It sounds like an identity theft scam to me. Don't respond to any other e-mails and block this guy. If you get similar offers, block them. Most of us are good people and want to help others. That's why some get taken in. Please, please don't go for this. These people are experts at making you feel sorry for them. This guy could easily give this to a charity or someone in his home country. Think hard - this is a scam, IMHO.
